Bananas (organic)
Water

Preparation
Wash bananas in clean water
Cut both ends of an unpeeled banana after washing
Place it in a boiling water
Allow to boil for 10 minutes
Pour into a glass cup
This should be taken an hour before bed time
You could also eat the fruit with the pulp after draining if you so desire

Organic banana is preferably. Boiling releases residues locked up in the pulp. Meaning, chemical residues could be infused if not organic or high pesticides are used during planting
